Polis Beaches Part 2
Towards The Town
Truth be told, there are too many beaches along this coast to list them all, so we only added some of them to the beaches directory. If you come here for a day trip, there are nicer beaches than this to visit. However, if you are here for a bit of camping, you won't be disappointed.
Jetties Aplenty
We will be covering Kato Pyrgos and Pomos in our third road trip ebook, so keep an eye out for that if you are interested in the area. For now, we are heading up the coast to the main beach of Kato Pyrgos. You will see rows of these little jetties along the way.
Tiny Beach
These are very picturesque, and there is also an interesting old building to explore on the right of this picture. Next to that was another lifeguard station. Lots of the beaches around here have these, and I can't help wondering if Nicosia is aiming to get some blue flag beaches of its own. That's right, this is actually in the region of Nicosia, not Paphos.
Distant Tylos Beach
This station services both the tiny beach you just saw and the bigger one you can see in the distance.
Tylos Beach
Tylos Beach has plenty of socially-distanced sunbeds, and plenty of sand.

Polis Beaches Part 1
We've already had a look at how the beaches and restaurants of Paphos and Ayia Napa are coping with the new norms of social distancing. It is time to turn our attention to the Polis coast, and take a look at what the situation is there. In Part 1 we go from Aphrodite's Baths to Polis. The Pomos Coast
Pomos is quite a trip from Paphos, but it is most definitely worth it. We were up that way to visit some abandoned villages and overflowing reservoirs this week, but stopped to take in the coast along the way. The countryside up there is breathtaking, and well worth a visit. Here's a short selection of what to expect.Good Pages To Visit
