Abandoned Villages: Zacharia
Let There Be Light
Through the bigger window you can see the outhouse again. Let's go and take a closer look.
Proper Toilet!
Surprisingly, we don't find that many toilets when we are out exploring abandoned villages.
all Mod Cons
Once, when I was exploring a more dilapidated area than this, I found a similar slit in the middle of a pile of rocks. I stuck the 360 camera down the hole, thinking that it might be a concealed tomb or something similarly exciting. I soon worked out that I was in fact examining an old toilet. Thankfully, it had been disused for decades, so I didn't get the camera dirty. But I did get to see how big the hole was. It went down for some time and I can only presume it was naturally made. I didn't bother sticking the camera down here as it was obvious from the start what the function of the building was.
Cypriot Water Feature
This water feature is date-stamped 1962, and has the emblem of Cyprus on it. Slightly earlier water features look the same but have an ER stamp.
Seen Better Days
Once I had finished exploring the school, I walked around the side of the hill. There were numerous very dilapidated ruins along the way.
