Inside Bar Street
Felix Bar

We have now moved on to the next bar. This is next to Bar Number 2 and is part of the same building. I do however know that this one is called Felix Bar. This has been abandoned since 2013, when the owner moved his business to the Triangle just before the main SODAP beach.
Cocktail Time

They used to specialise in cocktails and karaoke here. Do you like Karaoke? I used to indulge in my younger years, provided I was suitably lubricated. My two songs of choice were Pulp's Common People and the Sid Vicious version of My Way.
Good times...
Stairway To Heaven?

Let's take a look up here. It is bound to be mainly loos, but I feel obliged to look.
Going back to Karaoke, I was travelling around South East Asia in the 90s, and found myself in a tiny Karaoke Bar in northern Vietnam. I remember the locals would be mad for it, and were singing songs like "Oiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Hanoiiiiiiiiiiiii". If a westerner wanted to sing it would cost them something like a dollar, which was an outrageous amount. I think I sang one song but the songbook was from the Seventies so I wasn't at my best. I can still remember how seriously the locals took it though. I remember one chap in his "Ain't Half Hot Mum" hat that the Vietnamese men were wearing (only the women seemed to use the conical hats Vietnam is famous for). His eyes were nearly shut as he concentrated on his state-sponsored lyrics, as his friends patiently waited their turn.
The locals didn't have to pay.
Upstairs

Ok so as well as cocktails and karaoke they also had dancing.
Even More Toilets

Believe it or not, I didn't use most of the pictures of toilets I took when making this article. The top floors of the clubs seemed to consist mostly of loos.

Pantheon Hall - Part 1
We've always loved urban exploring - visiting abandoned old buildings - and Cyprus has more than its fair share, from old hotels to forgotten hospitals for disused mines. When we discovered the place we are about to show you though, we really hit the Urbex Jackpot. This place is amazing, and has a remarkably colourful past as well.
The Abandoned Rancho Appaloosa
I feel like apologising for the size of this blog, as it contains over 70 photos. However, this is a lovely place if you like urban exploring, and I felt that if I cut down the picture count I couldn't do it justice. I appreciate that it might not be for everybody though, so the first page contains spoiler photos of what to expect. If you find them interesting, then continue to the main blog!Good Pages To Visit

We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
