Paphos Blue Flag Beaches
Pachyammos 2

There is a lovely coastal path that goes all the way from Geroskipou Beach to the harbour. The next few beaches we are visiting can be found along that route. However, you don't have to walk all the way from Geroskipou or the harbour to get to them. There are a couple of municipal carparks along the way that will provide you with easier access.
To get to the Pachyammos Beaches, you should park at the carpark signposted next to the Rib Shack restaurant. From the car park, you turn left along the coast path, towards Geroskipou. It is about a five minute walk, nothing more.
Man-made Jetties

You can see here that the beaches are once again sandy, with some interesting rocks for you to snorkel around as well.
Hotel Backdrop

I'm guessing that most of the people who use this beach are staying in one of the hotels here.
Pachyammos Beach

Pacchyammos Beach is even closer to the car park. You will have walked past it to get to Pacchyammos 2.
Sand and Rocks

There is sand here too, but there are also some natural rocky outcrops which are worth exploring. There is even an old army Pill Box, which you can just see a bit of in this picture.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
