Amiantos Hospital
We were lured to this spot by a geocache. It promised us an abandoned hospital, and it did not disappoint. Be wary however, of venturing cross country to the abandoned mine buildings on the opposite side of the valley. If you drive round, you will see, beyond the visitor centre and wildlife park (itself well worth a visit) that the area is cordoned off owing to asbestos. So stay safe and stick to the hospital.
