I can recommend the private Vivo Clinic through personal experience. I was a little worried because they have mixed reviews on Trustpilot but I had already booked and paid, so I had to go. I paid £120 for the standard service (the 24 hour service is £250!) I see now that the price for the standard service has already risen to £149. I went for my test at 10:20 Monday morning. The appointment was on time and the staff friendly and professional. I was told I would receive the result between 4 and midnight today (Weds) but I actually received it early at 4 pm yesterday. I was aware through the reviews on Trustpilot that the certificate does not have the test time on but I emailed a customer advisor called Anthony and within an hour he had added the time for me. If not, I was going to use my appointment email as proof of test time.
Two other points to be aware of:
* The signage on the clinic is actually named as ‘HD Aesthetics Technologies’ not ‘Vivo’ which is a little misleading when looking for the place!
* The clinician does not perform the test for you, you do it yourself with a mirror and a diagram, under their supervision.
