The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac of 4 villas behind electric gates and is just a 5 minute stroll from the main beach in Coral Bay.

Within 3 minutes walk is a convenience store and a very frequent bus service that will take you into the main Coral Bay high street and onto the heart of Paphos with its harbour, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. A car is not essential.

Coral Bay high street with many quality restaurants and bars is a 10-15 minute walk away.

The Master Bedroom has king size bed, en suite and a private roof terrace with sea views.

There are 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, which are either side of the family bathroom, and a 4th downstairs bedroom that has a king size bed and an en suite shower room.

All rooms have fly screens, ceiling fans and free air conditioning. There is a pool table and an Xbox 360 in an air conditioned room and outside there is a basket ball hoop sheltered from the sun.

The villa includes all bed linen, towels, pool towels, hair dryers, iron & everything else that you would find in your own home.

Outside, next to the large swimming pool, are 8 sun beds, umbrellas, shaded pergola and a BBQ.

There is an outside dining table and 8 chairs in a cooler area next to a lemon tree.
