Paphos Park of Colours From Above
Theatre

Between the Climbing Wall and the Main Square you will find this small outdoor theatre. I wonder what the first show will be?

Sports Area

Now we come to what I am sure will be a popular addition to the area. There are two new pitches, with nearby parking too!

There would appear to be one Five-a-side Football Pitch and one Basketball Pitch. I love the effort they have put in to the surroundings though. They could have just had boring, straight paths, but instead they have these lovely curved tracks.
Towards The Skate Park

The final sporty part of the park was the skateboard area. To be honest, I hadn't even noticed this until I looked at the picture of the map later. I initially assumed that they had not yet built it, but I went over the film footage I made of the area, and lo and behold, there it was. You can see it in the far distance here.
I shall publish the full film shortly. That gives you the best idea of what the park looks like.
Skate Park Close Up

This shot shows that it is actually quite extensive. There are a number of ramps here, over a fairly wide area.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
