Paphos Old Town In 2026 - Part 4
Bus Station View
Here's one final shot of the Bus Station. Not sure why I took it but there you go...
On The Left
I think I wanted to take a picture of the cafe just to the left of this picture. You can see some glass windows but there are a lot more of them. Unfortunately the sun was in the wrong place so the picture was a complete dazzle. It is a very pretty cafe though and reminded me of the ones I used to come across in provincial French towns while on one of my cycling holidays. All it needs is an old boy sat outside sipping his Tomate and puffing on a Gauloise.
Anyway, if you follow the bus you end up on the B7 opposite the Angolan Genocide Memorial. We however are taking a right turn, by that orange sign.
Pumpkin Paradise
If you do that you will soon come to Pumpkin House. Evi doesn't tend to open here during the Summer months. You are more likely to find her down at the Harbour when the Artisan Market is on. However, in cooler months of the year she will be here busy on her new creations. Her shop is like an Aladdain's Cave and well worth a visit. Here's a previous visit:
Handy
Pumpkin House is on the side of a Square. In the centre of it there is a small park with a lovely statue.
Improved
This is a good area to visit at night. The alley to the left of that orange building has a number of bars and restaurants down it, which often have live local music. And to the left is another alley leading to more restaurants and bars, including Ethos. On today's walk though, we are turning left in front of the pale blue building.
