Paphos Harbour Opera 2024
Makeshift Vegetation

There is even a nice bit of green on the Harbour. I imagine this area is for ticket-holders only though.
And speaking of tickets, if you want some, you should go to the Official TicketMaster Site. there is only limited availability left for tonight, but tomorrow is still possible.
Catering

As I wandered around the harbour I could see the caterers hard at work. Towards the end of the walkway there were also a series of portaloos. This is useful information as the toilet next to the castle had a sign in front of it saying "Orchestra Only".
Business As Usual

The fishing boats were still moored at the Harbour, and presumably they will carry on their normal duties.
Aerial View

I sent the drone up for a spin and got a couple of nice overheads to end with. There will also be the obligatory drone flypast which will probably be published tomorrow morning.
The Stage

Speaking of film, I also recorded my trip today, and that will be published any moment now. When it is live I shall add a link here.
Paphos Harbour Opera Preview - 2024
So, if you like Opera, see if you can bag some tickets and go spoil yourself. This kind of entertainment isn't on offer that frequently in Paphos, so don't miss the opportunity if you can.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
