Latsi Fish Festival Is Coming
Come To Latsi!

If you have never been to Latsi you really should rectify that and come to the festival. It is a lovely place to the west of Polis on the Coast. As you approach it, you may be tempted to park as soon as you can. Don't be too worried if you cannot find a space, as there is parking opportunities all along the road through the village, including lots of spaces by the beach just past the harbour. So take your time. Wherever you park, you won't have far to walk.

And Those Murals...

What we didn't find when we got to Latsi were any new murals. However, we passed one on the road from Polis.
Turtles and Dolphins

This mural is obviously of a nautical theme. I could see the outlines for a couple of dolphins and some turtles. It reminded me of a similar one in Paralimni that looks stunning. So fingers crossed...
Artist At Work

It is amazing what people can do with aerosol cans.
The Second Mural

We found another mural in the centre of Polis. I don't think it is quite finished, as the tale is missing. I could be wrong though!

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
