Imagine what it would be like if this river flowed all the time? It would be quite a tourist attraction.

This bridge was certainly built to cope with an overflowing reservoir. It is much sturdier than most of the bridges you find along the valley floors of the Paphos District.

From here, the waters will carve their way through the Ezousa Valley, past Choulou and the abandoned village of Pitargou. It will flow past Episkopi, where we recently tried driving cross-country. That route must be a complete no-go now! Finally it will enter the lower part of the valley, go under the motorway, before entering the sea to the East of Geroskipou Beach.
