You can get to the shops, and to Kennedy Square, on foot. This route lets you have a closer look at the park as well.

Accessible

It looks like it will be wheelchair-friendly, which is nice.

Raised Beds

Looking at this, it looks like there will be raised beds throughout the park, providing a blooming spectacle of colour.

View From The Top

This is the roadworks from the top of the hill. If you are wondering where all the workers are I should point out that I took these pictures on Sunday morning.

Side View

This is the road that runs away from Kennedy Square just below the traffic lights. There appears to be a central channel which presumably holds cabling and other infrastructure necessities. I wonder if they dug up any relics while they were doing this?

Park Of Colours Almost Ready

A couple of months ago we reported on the Park of Colours, which is being constructed behind the central Paps Supermarket in Paphos. It was due to be finished "within weeks". I went to Paps this morning, and had a sneak peak around back, to see what progress had been made. I wasn't disappointed.
