Chloraka Coast Path - Part 2
Pretty Path

They've done a good job on the landscaping behind the Hotel. The path area is really pleasant to walk along here.
St George's Beach

The beach itself is on two levels, and beyond that the sunbeds continue across the grass. The building in the background is a beach bar.
Georgios Grivas Monument

There are actually two monuments here. The statue in the foreground is of General Georgios Grivas. He was pivotal in the Cypriot fight for independence against the British, though he fell from grave somewhat in later life. I'm not going to comment on his actions, but if you want more information, see the Georgios Grivas Wikipedia Page.
The Other Monument

The other, larger monument is, quite frankly, a bit of a mess. It looks like a badly-made birds nest on the end of a column. It probably means something, but it is lost on me. Still, it makes for an interesting talking point.
St George's Beach Hotel

I couldn't resist getting a reflection shot using the pool as I walked by. There was a little too much wind though.
