The Berengaria Hotel in 2024

As well as the hotel itself, there are also plans to build luxury houses and apartments. Indeed if you do an internet search on "prime property group berengaria" you will find a number of listings. The two I looked at would set you back between 2,500,000 and 3,500,000 euros. The cheaper option was the Town House. And if you can afford one of those, please bung us a few coffees on our BuyMeACoffee Page.

A Lot Of TLC Required

When you look at the huge scale of the renovation project, you can't help think if it would have been easier just to knock it down and start again from scratch. However, I imagine the bean-counters have done their job and calculated that this is the more affordable option.

Any, Prime Property Group is a large corporation. So this renovation work is definitely happening.

This reminds me of the Concrete Core in FC3 when they were building Canary Wharf. Ah good times!
Full Frontal

I shall leave you with a shot of the Main Entrance. How long it will be before the Great and the Good are ushered up its stairs, only time will tell. We wish Prime Property Group every success in their venture though.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
