They've obviously got some work still to complete, but already it is looking very nice.

The weather was rather unfortunate. Had these pictures been taken with a blue sky backdrop the site would look a lot more inviting.

The good news though, is the dark clouds have headed inland and are now drenching Cyprus with rain. It is only a tiny drop in the ocean, but all rain is welcome. If it stays for a month or two we are sorted!

Anyway, this is what the restaurant looks like. Hopefully it will reopen soon, and the prices will still be affordable to the majority of tourists who flock to the area.

The Car Park

They are also improving the car park next to the big church and the restaurant. A bulldozer was pushing gravel around as we arrived, so we huddled in the corner along with the rest of the cars.
