Has anyone recently reclaimed IPT after getting their title deeds. I thought that you can reclaim a portion of the IPT paid by the builder. Any advice would be appreciated.

Chemopel Super white is the best 'white' I have found, a lot of the other whites are a bit grey if you compare them. I get mine from One Stop diy.

If you chose Chemopel make sure you but Neotex, about €50 for 10 litres, the cheaper ones are not very good
