I know it’s only my opinion but I would consider knife crime, NHS waiting times, lack of dental care, crumbling schools, violence against teachers etc as far worse than changing a colour on a top.

There was no outcry over the Stella McCartney design for the 2012 strip. This is just a right wing media led distraction from the real horrors in the UK now; whipping up anger about a triviality.

Our friends ‘ dog escaped from our garden in Miliou around 11 this morning on the road from Polis road cement works to Miliou village / hotel road. His back legs don’t work well He is small and black and white. Please call me on 99926981 if you see him. Thankyou

I’ve found that if using more than one pan it can be tricky controlling the temperatures. The magnetic disc doesn’t seem to know which ‘ring’ you want to change. I would have preferred a hob with knobs but it came with the house.

The Trymithas in Simou do a very nice steak for around €20 including a salad, pita, chips and a pudding.

Not in Pafos but Ta Rodia and Trymithas in Simou both allow dogs inside as well as out. Good food and prices. Very friendly staff too. Santa Marina in Coral Bay allow good dogs outside.

Jupiter has been its closest to earth for 50 odd years. It is visible in the south east throughout the evening and very bright

I would recommend Hounds on Holiday in Giolou. Excellent kennels and our girl loves going there.

I think Pearl Park is the big complex that has been built at the back end of Universal under the cliffs
