What about someone, legally in the UK, legally owning property in Cyprus, taking income in the UK and paying UK tax, but Cyprus bills for virtually everything else...... Illegal?
About as illegal as your watching of UK TV...., in fact much more legal....

Yes, and I’d suggest you re-read my sadly misspelled post, now fixed.... which makes the point that not all income for property in Cyprus, is due tax in Cyprus. As stated, the CTO has no jurisdiction over single properties so nothing illegal. I’d suggest your’re Pimms is strange than necessary for your likes....
