Not in our case Trev, OH using Laptop and " Connection Problem " appears but Laptop carries on. Suspect " Connection Problem " is a catch-all notification, so we could have different problems. This has happened before but had we have been free of it for a while, now it is back. I am going in to SOS to pay the TV sub but was wondering if now is a good time to change.

Pleases can you let us know how you got on as we have the same problem .Thanks in advance .

Just an update, SOS kindly lent me a MAG254 over the weekend and whilst it was a lot better it was by no means perfect. I have given it back and we have decided that we can live without SKY so will just run the Clear Stream box for a while and see where the technology goes. As an aside, if SOS kindly lend you a piece of equipment, for whatever reason, please take it back as soon as possible as there may be others hoping to use it. It is a very good service and one that should not be abused.
