You don't really have to excuse yourself for where you come from. Aren't most English speakers in parts of London natives? (I'm not saying from where!). Yes, I know that this may sound a little off limits but I am totally amazed at the number of people from immigrant families who speak better English than I do, and I try to speak and write good English (maybe with an odd Scottish word thrown in).

It's more to do with muscle growth. It generally manifests itself when I have being doing an increased exercise regime. It feels like I have been punched very hard in the arm. It is very annoying when it comes on, because I have to move around weirdly as I type to keep one step ahead of the pain.

The worst bit is thought, that if I start up an exercise routine, I can get through the opening few weeks of hell (brought on by a new exercise regime, good old aches and pains) and reach a state where I enjoy the exercise, only to have to stop because the arm pain comes on.

At the moment, for instance, the pain is centred just below my shoulder-blade.
