I will be travelling with a neg. result and Cert. but does anyone know, from the UK, are all passengers neg. test/certs checked when they land at Paphos

Can anyone shed some light about Ryanair flight? We are booked on a Ryanair flight to Paphos 24th July which is still showing scheduled on their website but some of the Paphos flights have been cancelled to Paphos. Cyprus have the UK in Cat.
