Hi

Is there a form at the Land registry or something that is used to gift half the property into another name without using a lawyer? I think this is the case in the UK and with not working much this year I don't have the cash to give to someone else for doing something I can do myself.

If you were a little nefarious you just leave it blank and scribble in a time if you get stopped. Surely the point was to stop too many people in certain areas. If you send in the text it gets checked against others with your post code and you get given a time slot that has less people out and about.

I am little confused here, you send a text message to say you need to go out it has to be approved and you receive a confirmation saying when you have to be home by.
