Adonis Baths is a bit of a marmite destination, in that people either love or hate it. One issue that often gets raised is the state of the road that takes you there. So here's a film of us driving to the baths, so you can decide for yourself. There is also an accompanying blog, which will be published shortly.

Re: The Road to Adonis Baths
My late husband and I used to drive this road about 10 years ago from Kamares via Adonis Baths to where it joins the Coral Bay Rd. It looks to be in much better order than it used to be.The first part of the route is now either tarmaced or concreted so it it fairly easy to reach the Vatouthkia Taverna in most weather conditions. (Before the first part of the route was sealed the winter rains used to make it impassible to all but 4x4’s!). Beyond the taverna the rest of the route can get very tricky after heavy winter rains! The loose surfaces beyond are specially regraded at the start of each summer season to ensure that punters can reach Adonis Baths in their hire cars... Whether it is worth the prices charged to view it now is a matter for the individual. At one time it was free!
