Sundance Spa

Post by Sandra »

We have a Sundance Spa and after coming back after spending the winter in the UK it will not flow properly we think it is to do with the CD Ozone Generator - can anyone help in getting an engineer to look at it. Tried Shipshape but doesn’t want to know, anyone know of anyone or company who would help?

When our Sundance spa,s heater decided to throw the towel in we got Florida Pools in Tremithousa. They renewed it very good. But the downside is dont expect to pay twopence. The parts needed can be expensive like sometimes having to be imported from the UK.
Hope this helps Sandra.

I thought maybe you had a name that you dealt with as the lady who answered the phone just did not want to know so I thought maybe you had a name of who came to yours. So do Florida pools fix Sundance Spas? Thank you Chaddy

We have a 9 year old Sundance Spa. We have used a guy called Nick to service it. It had been playing up but Nick replaced some motor bearings and some relays (or something) and it's working just like new now. Very reasonable charges as. Call him on 99735244.

Excellent service by Nick he came and took the pump away and brought it back a week later. All good, the spa is now back to its old self and at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Thank you Chris for the contact and to Nick for a very prompt and efficient service....
