Cyprus property,now a good ivestment?

The average lets say two bedroomed apartment now costing around 120,000 euros and rentals rocketing to again lets say around 500/600 euros per month ( if your lucky to find one ) that's gives a return of 5.5%. Where else could you get that,not a bad return for your coffers.
I,m assuming that what you buy has the coveted title deeds of course

Over in the East rents are getting so high that many seasonal workers can't afford them, with the Gas drilling etc , the economy on the up, I expect rents to keep rising.
