My reaction is that Leptos’s greed knows no bounds! High rise towers are quite out of place in a resort area where there are no high rise buildings - at least up to now.
Also in summer the traffic is always busy in and around Coral Bay without extra vehicles generated by high density housing being added to it. If all Leptos projects come to fruition including the development behind Coral Bay beach, Coral Bay can be renamed Leptos Bay.
