Rent and house prices in Limassol having been rising for a couple of years now, a friend of mine is a developer and for a few years, just froze all of his projects, because there wasn't any demand, he now is on full steam, building on all the land he had , and is buying more land... supply and demand, the good thing is, I have noticed more building work over here in the east, a sure sign that the economy is on the up.
