I am going to sell house value about 120,000 euro its registration to one person am in no rush ,we transferred to our daughter 2017 but things have changed my lawyer advice we stand to pay about 22,000 euro capital gains tax and to avoid this to set up a company and after 2years no tax to be paid she says about 1,500 euro to do this I do not have time or knowhow to do myself any advice please

Be very careful, if you set up a limited company, its very very hard to get out of it. will you have to reg for VAT, again extremely hard to get out of it.

Setting up a company is not cheap. Closing a company is also quite expensive.
