Sounds like the Asprokremnos Dam to me as it is connected to the water supply channel which as far as I know supplies Paphos. The point to remember is that after the exceptional amount of rain which fell last week inevitably the flood water contained a lot of sediment. This plus debris is what damaged the pumps to the water treatment plant. The muck and mud has to be cleared out of the waer supply pipes.
