TAXISnet return

Has anybody else had problems submitting an electronic return when wanting to be taxed as Code 1? ie receive the allowance of €19500 and pay tax at 20% on anything over that?

The form keeps wanting me to enter income in Part 4 and even if 0000 is entered it won't accept without a further list of errors for the same section. I can't be the only one who opts to pays tax at this rate as a pensioner so I'm hoping that someone knows how to enter the form in the correct format before I throw my laptop out of the window.............

You can visit the tax office and get help there. Take you user name and password. They will help you on their computer once you are logged in, to fill it in correctly. You will be able to access it for future reference then.

Just a thought I had trouble aswell until I realised in europe 19500,00 has to be entered instead of full stop it should be a comma then cents.
