Does Dr. Mala in Chlorakas do housecalls and if so, what does she charge ?

She does but you will have to contact her surgery to find out the cost, my neighbor used to have her call into his home.

A few years ago she charged €50 for a house call, not sure if that has increased or not but gives you an idea.
