Debenhams food hall

Debenhams ,on the roundabout, food hall closed , maybe forever or just to have an upgrade .Somebody will know !!.

Its being going down hill for a while especially since they made the hole in the wall to get into Home Store, wouldn't it be lovely if it was as good as the Limassol Food Hall.

I was in Debenhams this morning & one of the assistants told me the food hall closed Sunday & in its place there will be 6 new fashion outlets & lingerie will move downstairs to make more room for the men's department. The entrance to Superhome will be closed off again.

I was in on Saturday and there was no sign it was closing. I've used it a lot over the years and will miss it. It's on my way to/from work and very convenient when you want to do a quick shop for a few things and not have to walk all round a larger supermarket. I also found the entrance to Super Home Centre convenient. There was a lovely friendly cashier who I used to chat too, wonder if she lost her job or will move elsewhere with the store.

To be honest, I wouldn't do any of my food shop in Debenhams!
