Overseas Elector's Declaration Renewal

The good people at Lincoln City Council have sent me a letter informing me that my Overseas Elector's Declaration is due for renewal. Ha, I hear you say what's unusual about that? Not a lot really, apart from the fact that they want my updated information by 31 August 2018 and their letter to me is dated 21 September 2018! :lol:
