I spent my day at Pantelis in Skouli drinking Keo with a good friend and we returned later with our wives to have an enjoyable meal.
Pantelis, for those of you that do not know it, is one of the hidden jems of Cyprus. Paul (Pablos), the owner, is one of the most welcoming hosts you could wish to meet and the traditional food is to die for.
Pantelis is one of those places that you just drive past on the main Paphos/Polis road but I guarantee that if you do stop and try it you will return time and time again.
