Have just watched Adrian Chiles Drinkers Like Me which is on BBC iPlayer at present, having been aired on BBC2 on August 27th 2018.
Basically he was drinking (on his own admission at least 100 units of alcohol per week) rather than the guidelines issued by the NHS
(https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/alcohol-su ... hol-units/
men and women are advised not to drink more than 14 units a week on a regular basis
spread your drinking over 3 or more days if you regularly drink as much as 14 units a week
if you want to cut down, try to have several drink-free days each week).
It reveals a lot about himself and what I suspect a lot of peoples attitude to alcohol and their own health.
In my view a very interesting watch for those that imbibe alcohol.
Do the drinkers on this site actually know the number of units they drink a day, week or month and the associated effects it has on them and their families?
