What is this caterpillar

Does any body know what this caterpillar is called, it moves very slowly but definitely alive. I have tried google but found nothing.

It's the larvae of the Case-bearing moth Tinea pellionella, as they emerge from the egg they attach various bits of debris to themselves for protection!

I had this insect (bagworm moth) a couple of years ago at the walls of my friends house in Marathounda. Here a link for more information.....
