My favourite sunrise photos

As already promised a couple of days ago: sunrise photos from my gallery which I like the most...



These are in September when the sun already moved away from Troodos


and the fog appears in the valley


Autumn mood now




December arrived....


as soon the sun arrives at wind turbine #8 it will stay there for 2 weeks

Hi Max
Is your camera auto focus ? I think the third from last (red) picture is the best ( In my opinion) The plant / Tree gives the picture perspective but the camera seems to have focussed on the Plant / Tree possibly because it is closer ? Or have you done this manually?

I have the choice of 3 different settings to focus. (manual, half-manual, automatic) When objects are moving then automatic is no good. Mostly I use the half-manual one, but cannot say what I did, photographing the one you like the most as I have ca 300 pics of a sunrise in my gallery.

I am glad you like them Aphrodite. At least one positive comment. Yes, I have a large collection of >300 pics "sunrise" in my gallery and it was quite difficult to select ...

Yes, Andreas, I like them also the most and more important: in winter/spring you get the clouds which are necessary for interesting moods...in summer it is just difficult to get a decent photo.
