Aluminium weather strip

Does anyone know where I can but an aluminium weather strip with a rubber sealing strip in one edge.
It isn't for a door.... But it is that sort of weather strip that I want to seal a polycarbonate roof.

I tried Home Market but they have non.. i will try Phillipos when next down that way. Thank you .
