If you mean Melanda Beach Restaurant (not Melandra) next to Pissouri Bay within the British bases Episkopi, than it is a surprise for me. I used to go there since the 80's, not for food but for the nice beach. Sometimes I had cod there but that was OK not special. They cooked mainly a variety of pies for their customers which were mainly Army personal. I have to try again as perhaps a new generation is running the place now...

I'm in the process of uploading a 360 tour of Melanda Beach so we will soon know if you mean the same.
I had cod and chips there a couple of yeras ago and it was much, much nicer than I was expecting.

Lovely panorama shots. Very few people at the beach, which time of the year was it? I can remember that the sea was very cold in that bay, even in July, perhaps that is the reason....

It’s a great family Taverna in a beautiful setting used by locals and expats.......it’s also becoming more busy with tourist trade
It’s a lovely walk along the shore to Avdimou and back
Sunday lunchtime in August is extremely busy and you would need to book
The food is good and the vista lovely

I've been there many times and never had a coach party or entertainment. I do like it there, the fish is always cooked so well, even when they're busy, and the family who run it recognise and welcome me with a smile. It's still the same family but the sons seem to be doing more of the work now.
You do get locals there, as well as expats and tourists.
Sunday lunches are busy in summer, so I'd avoid them, but it's nice when you get later in October and November. (They usually close end November).
My choice in the summer is go for a swim later in the afternoon, then read on the beach while drying off, then have supper before heading home. Perfect.

It's a bit of a trip from Polemi, but my late husband and I always enjoyed eating there.

Great if you like fish. Not a lover of most of the items you have said was on the menu.
