They should not have been allowed to not pay their dues for so long - can you see either Cyta or AHK allowing us individuals to incur large bills and not pay them for years and years? But because it's hotels (predominantly, apparently), the various unpaid services cannot be shut off/withdrawn because it will affect the tourist industry. If a business, any business, cannot afford to pay its bills, then it obviously needs to change its business plan/prices.

I agree businesses including hotels should be chased for the vast amounts owing.
