Refuse Charges

It is quite likely that there will soon be an increase in Refuse Charges, if the proposals go ahead..

I would be a bit cheesed off if I had to pay anywhere near the €250.. We live away from the centre of the village. And although we live along a concrete track it is too far for the refuse wagon to come.
So we have to put the rubbish bags into our car, and take them to a big bin in the village.

Trev we do the same the bin men do not come down to us it’s no hardship shoving the bag in the boot and dropping it off when we go out, at 90 euros a year for them to be emptied twice a week I think it’s a steal 14% increase will take it to 102.60 euros.

Agree with HIC, brilliant service on Secret Valley........................although it's 72 cents per collection and 50 euros a year in new bin lids !!!!
