LHUKCY

Post by Aargent »

Those of you who use the service Lee provides, but are not on Facebook, me included, may not know that he has changed the UK Drop Off to Armadillo Storage in Stockton on Tees. Anything now going to Cheetah may well get lost.

His Web Site, and his Banner Advert here, the last time I looked, were showing out of date information.

If this has been on before I really don't think that this type of information can be on too often, people sometimes miss it. rather like Tax Information.

Dominic, if you go to UK to CY on the Banner and then go to UK Depot you still get Cheetah.

As I said, I and I am sure many others, don't do Facebook

That's the website. All the banner does is direct people to the website. The website does need to be updated. According to LHUKCY facebook page, the person who does their website is currently suffering from a broken wrist, but it will be dealt with soon.

I don't want to get into an argument about it, but for non Facebook people the Website is the source of information and the Banner directs us non Facebook users to wrong, and perhaps costly, information. Perhaps a temporary suspension until the wrist gets better ?

You need to talk to LHUKCY about their website. There is no point talking to me about it.

It went on for several weeks. There was a prominent banner and a post highlighting it. We had loads of entries, and there was a prize for a business and another prize (€50 curry meal at Delhi Gate, Paphos) for an individual.

Thanks Trev.

I saw the map, and just wondered if the best/easiest way in,
was through Tremithousa or going in from Petridia.

I would go in from Petridia, even though I would pass Tremi on the way down.
I have not used him at the new depot, but have been with someone else..

It is a LOT easier to find coming from Petridia. Tremithousa is a bit of a rabbit warren, and you are just as likely to end up in Tala if you approach from that direction.

And if you wanted a map, you only had to look at their directory entry:

Yes, sorry I wasn't clear. I was addressing Trev. You are wise to ask for directions. The last time I tried finding the place from Tremithousa I ended up in Tala. It is easy from Petridia though. :)
