They just need to pay more salary. While they are at it, they (the hotels, that is) can pay their bills too.

The hotel industry has shot itself in the foot over employing Eastern European university students by treating them like slaves and with the two tier salary system and working 7 days a week.
Cypriot parents (the ones that can afford extra curriculum) do not wish their children to go into this industry they themselves have worked hard to see their children have good education so they go to University to hopefully obtain a career and others think it’s beneath them
