Hic's Hot Cross Buns

I remember looking at this recipe last Easter and always vowed to try it. All I can say is wow. They are the most delicious buns I have ever tasted even my 92 year old neighbour who said she did not like hot cross buns tasted one and is now hooked.
Big Thanks HIC'S with lashing of best butter nothing could be better it really is worth taking the time to make them.
