GBP to Euro exchange rate

Does anyone yet know the official GBP to Euro exchange rate for 2017 as issued by Paphos tax office? I have several telephone numbers for them which I have tried on various days but nobody answers.

The one I use, which is the Official Customs Exchange rate figure works out at € 1.1468

We use the European Central Bank site which gives a slight different average rate of 1.1413 https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/policy_ ... bp.en.html

My contact at the Tax Office advised me that it would no longer be posting a Sterling to Euro average annual rate of exchange to apply to tax returns. My contact recommended to use OANDA.com to work out the 2017 year average.
