Every developer for decades has sold on the basis of ‘ rental income’ and the CTO knows this. They’re an inept organisation looking wrongly at raising tax illegally. I live in the uk and let in cyprus. I pay uk tax on it and give local work in maintenance, management and more. My electricity and water costs alone are a form of tax. It’s time the cto got real.

Airbnb is just a more modern holidaylettings ownersdirect or tripadvisor. As it is, booking.com and Expedia and tripadvisor are taking over the let market and they charge up to 20% as a few for transacting.
