From what I read, the only ineptitude is from the state coroner service. Every other autopsy has said it is dog bites.

But wasn't the victim run over by a combine harvester (not harvest time!) and then a plough followed by a harrow? The dogs smelled the blood and came over for a meal? Maybe the initial PM was correct?????
