I agree. The Anastasiades administration have sorted out the mess left by the previous administration, and dealt with some of the corruption in high circles. However, it doesn't look like the reunification talks were well handled. Personally I think that a group of yia yias from both communities could sort it out in a morning, but that's just me.
As to the other candidates, Malas seemed out of his depth, isn't even a member of the party he represented, and people still remember the Mari explosion and the haircut that they blame on his party. Papadopoulos cant seem to hold his party together and won't admit he wants permanent partition in Cyprus, although everyone knows he does. Lillikas couldn't even win the election in his own village. Christou is on the very extreme right and wants foreigners out of Cyprus. The others are not worth a mention.
