Good Afternoon
We are thinking of switching from our current satellite internet provider to Primetel (or possibly Cyta) but are trying to weigh up the pros and cons.
Currently we can switch on and off which is useful (and cheaper) as we are only over for a maximum of 10 weeks per year, but the service/signal can be a little temperamental. We are also looking at using wifi enabled lighting/security which would obviously require a permanent connection.
Primetel are advertising 5mbps internet plus telephone for €24,90 per month which seems good value but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations or observations?
Regards
Darrell

Re: Primetel - Internet & Phone Package
I have had Primetel for a number of years in my home, shop and mobile contract.
Very satisfied with the service and reliability.

Re: Primetel - Internet & Phone Package
If you are looking at a switch on/off service, only CYTA or the wireless providers offer this.
If you need a permanent connection PM me, as depending on your needs I can do up to 50MB upload and a fixed IP address for CCTV, CTYA offer a max 4MB - for cameras none of the ADSL providers can offer this.
